P5 (Senior) at Atlassian can just peak above 300k at offer. Mean is definitely lower. 260-270k would be more typical for L5. Pretty easy for folks here more than a year given our stock appreciation for a while there but I think we've leveled out
I am p5. The package on offer is just above 200k. But including all the stock appreciation for last 2-3 years I am getting about 520k

We're going by rough equivalence (you think Lx at X can be hired as L5 at Google or the other way around). It's very fuzzy, but I'll be permissive. It's intended as a list of ideas rather than a ranking.

Amazon L6 band can go over 400 for SDE afaik. Internal promotions are supposed to dilute the skill level and thus have lower comp on levels.
