Deploying Cash in US

I have an acquaintance who sold their property in India but as properties go in India it always 50/50 cash (100k). If they bring Cash directly into US is there any what they can deploy it ? #personalfinance

50/50 cash for RE deals is already tax evasion. That’s one reason I don’t hold any RE in India.
