Recently leaving Google after 12 years in the company and making millions, the former CEO is dropping some, what in his mind, truth bombs and basically pissing in the well he drank so nicely of for so many years. My BA was on far eastern studies and economics back when everyone said China is the future. In one of the courses we had a visiting lecture by a famous businessman who mentioned exactly this - companies will try and penetrate The Asian market, coming to China, having tons of benefits to do so by the government and then the local gov will start harassing the factories, adding more and more taxes and tules until that company leave the country leaving the knowledge to the locals.
