Do you regret going into tech instead of medicine?
Tech bros are too entitled. The stress and workload of medicine is too much for most of yāall
It takes workload to count all of that money, agreed
Nah. I make just south of that and never went to collegeā¦ no student loans and probably easier than being a doctor on the daily.
No, tech bris make the same at that age
The difference is doctors can live anywhere they choose.
No they canāt they are beholden to a specific state. Tech workers can easily travel around and work remotely from a beach or take a few hours of downtime and scroll Reddit
As an engineer, If I fucked up, Teams went down, people would suddenly have free time. As a doctor, people would die. Nope, too much pressure.
Dying can also be considered as getting free time
People would die, you still get paid, you can get sued if you do something really stupid only
They can earn that much. Many donāt, especially right out of residency.
Being a doctor is miserable if you don't like being a doctor Tech much more cushy especially for introvert No TC gap with Big Tech
Seriously! I have people in my family who are doctors and what they do is much more nobler and value addition to life/society than the bunch of useless tech bros shit-posting on Blind/X/LinkedIn
Look at their loan
You might find it hard to believe that weāre not all in it for money, there are people that write code because they enjoy it.
Half of the mfs on Blind would barely have the hygiene or social skills to be good doctors lol
What do you mean I have to go to the office? Iām more productive talking with patients and doing surgery on Zoom.
Remote surgeries are a real thing now. Itās kind of wild.
