How is Earnin for senior+ software engineer? Earnin recruiter reached out to me and I am considering interviewing. Do they have a plan for IPO in 2-3 years? How does the equity work? If they don't have a plan for IPO, do they buy back stocks/options? TC: 550K #earnin

Great company, interesting work, Bay Area startup, remote friendly, good comp, decent WLB, profitable and growing. Things are looking good for IPO in 2 to 3 years.
Their business model is literally customers choosing to tip
it looks like they recently changed or added a service fee not not 100% sure. AFAIK, they are not loosing $$$?
Earnin changed the business model almost 2 years back to rely on fees. We are profitable and growing.
