Fidelity Investments - Job Offer Negotiation

Hello All

I recently received a job offer from Fidelity Investments for 110 K, 20% Bonus. For SSE. I have asked for 120K. This is for NC, can anyone suggest if this is going to work out?

I have around 15 years of exp in the industry.
