Experiences working for Elon?

Hello Tesla, SpaceX, Boring, and Neuralink employees, Do you have any positive experiences working for these companies tied to Elon Musk? What are the stories from employees who work at Tesla, SpaceX, Boring, or Neuralink that can help balance things? Thank you for your honesty and please refrain from trolling/lying if possible. TC: 370k #tesla #spacex #boring #neuralink #twitter #serious A look inside Twitter from one employee's perspective: For years a subsection of Twitter employees complained about the "rest & vest" culture and the volatile/stagnant stock price. Complaining about how Jack was too busy with Square and how we needed a big shake-up at the leadership/exec level. Now it's happening and folks are realizing the cost. Short-term, if the deal closes, this is pretty good for Twitter employees. A 25%+ increase in stock price is great for our TC. However, on a 2-year+ horizon, things look pretty bad for Twitter employees. Going private with no RSU upside, potential layoffs, and worse WLB does not seem like a good career move. With that being said, I am not good at predicting the future so I leave it up to the collective experiences of Tesla, SpaceX, Boring, and Neuralink employees to help guide the way.

Who told to block free speech ?

Twitter at the moment actually doesn’t block anything, it’s super loose. I wish they were doing more to block misinformation campaigns…

But that’s the fundamental problem isn’t it… who decides what’s misinformation. There was so much bs around the hunter Biden laptop, the whole trump collusion thing, etc. Deciding what is and what is not misinformation is only good with absolute facts. Non science that never exists. In politics it’s guaranteed to never exist. You almost never get it in the news and when you do it’s almost always slanted to whatever political side that reporter is on. You can’t block things if you aren’t 100% sure. Because if your not guaranteed people will take the system.

I am happy where I am currently. I was not there when Tesla was down with ramping up and folks had to work alot during that time. But as of now, no complaints except that they dont have sense of time. You will be expected to work as and when work calls for with no regard to time. As of now, I work around 5-6hours a day max. I do see couple of managers working till late evening. But just wanted to point out that its not really like what blind portrays about Tesla. Pay is fine but I know many other companies pay way more.
