Comment below if you work for a pharma/bio-tech company. I’m starting to find many roles that matches my profile but i don’t know how’s their culture, wlb, and pay like. Curious to know which companies are currently hot in the market for medical devices and drug development. #amgen #pfizer #elililly #cellares #merck #johnsonandjohnson #abbvie #abbott #gsk #astrazeneca #intuitivesurgical #healthcare
Happy to help with Amgen referrals
Do u work in Thousands oak CA? How’s the WLB and culture there? How long does it take to get promoted from senior to principal? How are the benefits?
It’s very dependent on which function and team you join for both WLB and promotion. Especially when you come in and if you are early L5 or late L5. The jump to L6 is highly competitive and you have to stay in role minimum 18 months Benefits overall are very good, like most biotech companies.
Jazz pharmaceuticals has better pay and benefits
Most pharma companies have a good wlb. Abbvie, Eli Lilly, BMS are especially very chill.
