Do women prefer coffee dates since they can bail if they don't like the guy OR does it make them think the guy is cheap?
NW ~500k right now. Work 5 more years then move to Japan and open a small business (and doing some consulting on the side). Cost of living is way lower and away from all this American BS. Aiming for 1 mil NW before moving. Current TC 400k.
how do you plan for residence in japan? The business investment scheme visa? You have to create 5-10 jobs iirc although the initial investment of 5m jpy is pretty low. Also have you lived there before/perform some research? Many americans cant stand it there with all the paper based society and having to deal with ward/city office from time to time.
Probably the business investment scheme. Or smuggle myself in through a fishing boat. I prefer paper based society, less tracking. Japanese locals think I look Japanese enough that they will walk up to me to engage in small talk in Japanese. Only thing I can't stand is the lack of garbage cans.
Ah yea looking east asian will help heaps in settling there for sure and being fluent is a big plus.
Great idea.
Lived in Japan for some time, it's a good county and cheap..but it has its own share of problems that you will face. For example, you won't get the same level of income, or opportunities in Japan. Plus it's way more racist than US. Even getting a home loan is hard as a foreigner, or getting a house for rent. Landlords hate dealing with foreigners. Good luck!
Seems like he’s of East Asian descent But then again I don’t think the Japanese really like the Koreans or Chinese, definitely gotta be awkward after the colonisation and mass murder, comfort women etc……
Does a Japanese marriage help?
Thanks for the suggestion, will start practicing my Japanese rizz
If you aren't Japanese your chances for success are quite low.
What do you project your yearly expense to be in Japan? And in Tokyo big city or countryside(can quit now if this)?
Thanks for the update
lol 😂
No problem, will keep you updated on my progress.
