Is RTO designed to reduce job hopping?
You can't do LC freely while at office or even do your side gigs if you have one. The same applies to interviews as well. While companies are losing a big pool of candidates, are they doing this to prevent people from getting more frequent job interviews?
I think itโs a side-effect of the stated goal of increased engagement.
You can still LC and interview in office
Control, avoiding distractions (personal life and side gigs). Making employees more financially dependent
I would say that it stimulates attrition rather than prevents it.
To many people were getting comfortable and stacking money and not spending. Was affecting a lot of local economies. No one wants Americans to have a lot of cash on hand. Americans are the biggest squeeze target in the world.
But you can still interview/LC if youโre hybrid?
