What should I do next?

I worked on strategic projects in a CPG company post merger as an analytical lead partnered with external MBB team. SKU rationalization, sales team efficiency, etc. Got in as a founder of the eCommerce team doing insights and analytics. Ran team building out processes and applications from a hadoop/apache spark cluster. Then applying that to the business problems and attending customer meetings. Interesting sales and applying the same learnings to other countries. Served on a big company's technical advisory board representing the CPG company. Now I'm at a supply chain tech startup where I am VP of customer success/customer service after a promotion from director. Leaned in on product, billing, and sales process after the COO left. Currently have 4 direct reports previously had 6. The startup isn't valuing what I've done. They bragged about how cheap someone else making more than me was for a lesser role. Debating options in tech. I'm not sure what roles my experience fits. I could see customer engineer, pm, or similar. Though I feel like I'll have to go backwards to go forward? Seems like I've been too general? Also most roles I see don't have direct reports. 6YOE TC 200
