Not planned, but over the course of the last 12 months I have ended up taking my 3rd offer to jump ship. Each new role came with a 25-50% pay bump and added responsibilities as well title/as next level up. The truth of the matter is that interviews all started for each of these within 2 months but the actual offers came many months apart. I liked each role and company so part of me felt guilt having to walk away after short stints, and my previous work stints have all been at least 2yrs.+ What do you think, is the risk of being labeled a job hopper not worth reaching for the level you deserve? why would you feel guilty? Iโm on my 8th job in 7 years
You're the Zlatan of job hopping
So awesome good for you!$
Itโs fine if you Stay 2+ yrs in the 3rd one. The risk is if you get laid off or enticed by a 4th company. 4 jobs in 12 months is a pass
