Booz Allen overtime pay? Evaluating potential offer
Hi, Got an offer from Booz Allen. 150k but negotiated to 160K for an Associate position. Location: Aurora, Colorado Work is government consulting and not commercial. Requires TS/SCI clearance. Question to all. Does booz allen pay overtime? I know Raytheon does. For every hour worked/ charged extra, you get paid extra. Current base: 101K YoE: 5 #boozallen

No, only Consultant level gets OT. All other levels are salary and 50 hour weeks arenโt uncommon depending on the client. However, you can comp time in the same month. If you work 50 hours in week 1 for example, but only 30 in week 2, thatโs fine. As long as you get 160 a month, you get paid. Great way to not burn PTO.
Thatโs a nice bump, didnโt know Booz payed that much. Why such low TC at Raytheon, I make about 90k TC there with 1 YOE
