TC for finance DS and quants in Toronto

Can anyone give me an idea of the TC I can expect from the big banks, PE, and HF for a junior? PhD in an exact science, 0 YOE. I guess the base may not be very high but bonus could be, depending on market/fund/your performance. How high could it go?
