Nope L7 is definitely not equivalent to L65. L7 maps to a wide range but usually L67
Comp wise l65 maps to l4

You will be doing a lot of work for peanuts. Bonus is not guaranteed, don't rely on it. Negotiate hard.
Is this for real?
First of all it's principal. Secondly, this is not worth it for the work you are expected to do. Do us all a favor by not even being willing to negotiate & thank for wasting your time.
Why not 1) negotiating for at least +20% 2) taking it and switching to Principal position in another company after 6 months with 50% raise?
