Microsoft SDE-2 Loop Interview Feedback
Last week, I participated in a virtual onsite interview and subsequently received feedback. The recruiter informed me that while my overall feedback was positive, there wasn't an immediate offer available with the team I interviewed with. She indicated that she would share this positive feedback with other teams to see if my profile aligns with their needs. Could someone tell me if this practice is common at Microsoft, and what are the hiring changes? Thanks in advance. #Microsoft #sde-2
