I got Redmond l63 175 k base 50 k sign on 200k sign on stock A but less than 2 years ago so assuming the compensation drop 10-15% in Atlanta it seems on par so average+ I would say Also my sign on stock was calculated at 240usd per stock so it was really worth it lol

My wife works in Azure. If you're familiar with React, Typescript, C#, Azure, Cosmos, etc then it shouldn't be too bad. The ramp up time can be long if not. On call can be tough, but for her it's twice a year primary and twice a year backup (around the same time for primary/backup). Good luck.
