I am supposed to join on the 21st, but I spoke to my recruiter to change the date and she ran into a technical glitch and wasn't able to get the date changed. So she went ahead and rescinded the offer that I had. After that she said even though this is a duplicate offer she needs to get approval which won't happen until Monday. Should I be worried? What are the chances of not getting the offer approved? Is there any room for funny business? I moved the date because of this UPDATE : My date successfully moved to April 4th. See you on the inside Metamates TC : $350k CAD E5 YOE : 8 #engineering #software #swe #meta #offer
It's fine. If they think you can do the work, and you're both in alignment on compensation, there's nothing to worry about. Congrats on the offer!
Thank you. It's just a duplicate offer with the date changed
Smarty pants. Whatβs your new base?

If you cant join by Q1, will you miss the annual bonus (if you join in April)?
What if stocks keep crashing? Delay further to May?
No, April it is. I quit my current job so I'm joining in April for sure
