Rejected after Yelp Onsite
The best onsite I ever had in my life. 4 rounds System Design - Nailed it. The interviewer in the end himself said ‘Very good. I am happy’. Coding - 30 mins to code a question. Coded it usung Hashmap and ran test cases on laptop. Also talked about optimized aproach using Trie. The interviewer looks satisfied too. 2 Behavioral - Both went good I think and they looked really chilled out. Recruiter told she’ll reach in 3-4 days. After 2 days, I told that I got an offer from Uber, got reject after 2 days. Do you think it can be possible as I mentioned a competing offer ? TC : 140K YOE : 2.5 Uber TC : 210K

Tell recruiter that you need feedback. Schedule a call to ask for feedback
Wait until they give you an offer before you share your competing offer next time

Yes. Probably there were more than one candidate who did well. You made it easy for'em playing hardball w/o a formal offer from them
Could be possible. I pinged them asking feedback. They told it is against the company policy.
