Google onsite - only partially complete?

Hey Blind, interviewing for a Program Manager (PgM) role at G right now. Was told initially by recruiter my onsite will have 3 interviews. However, I only got scheduled for 2 interviews for the onsite with the recruiter saying they're "figuring out information" on scheduling the 3rd interview. I did my 2 onsite interviews last week, and so far no response from recruiter. 1. Why would this happen with me only getting scheduled with 2 interviewers instead of 3? 2. Does no response by now mean I'm rejected? #google
