So, today I got to see my intern getting converted to a Full time employee, I saw his offer letter. He got wayyy more TC than what I have currently after years of experience. I was the one who hired him and trained him. And this is not the first time that this has happened too, it has happened earlier also and when I talked about this to my manager last time, he told me not to look at other people's pay checks...🤔 I can't describe my work to stay anonymous, but I am one of the most important people in my team. This is very sad to see happening again and again. NXP is a political nightmare... None of the people who joined with me are still in NXP, they can't hold on to any talent. They replace older engineers with 5 new ones and still suffer because of lost knowledge but they won't increase pay. Edit: They also started in the same position as I did but I got promoted 2 yrs ago so I am a senior now. My TC as a senior is less than the current junior's. Also there isn't any difference in the qualification tooo... Actually I am more qualified. #swe #TC #lowball #pay
