How is the work culture in Fidelity Investments for Mobile developers right now? Is it still relaxed work culture or did it change recently? TC: 130k$ YOE: 3yrs
More and more people are being asked to come in. Leaders come in basically half the month. Depends on departments. Besides the Rto push, it’s meh. PI is still the better place to be
Are they changing their one week per month in office policy to more frequently?
Yes
Where I’ve been it’s been ridiculously laid back.
And where have you been? Which BU and which City ?
Managed solutions in PI, and now I’m in FI. Tech sucks but it’s easy. Never work more than 35 hours a week. I’m a squad lead now so I can set the tone for my squad but the overall vibe is laid back
Work while you’re on vacation and also attend meetings is the work culture
Wtf glad that culture didn’t spread over here
Updating this, seems like it did. Had a round of layoffs </3
