Toast has a go go go culture, and has had some big pandemic layoffs, and a Netflix style fire fast instead of pip. If these are your concerns, it may not be the right company for you.

Also first I've head about a Netflix style firing. Layoffs sucked for sure, but in the moment watching the restaurant industry get annihilated, it made sense
