Atlassian - P4 33l base (including pf) 3.1l annual bonus 67.5k USD (Over 4 years) TC - 48l Swiggy 35L base (including pf) 6l joining bonus 3.5l annual bonus ~25l rsu TC - 50l Team at Atlassian is commerce. I have an option to move to Marketplace or Jira service management. I think swiggy's valuation has more room to grow. Atlassian has the remote work option. Atlassian isn't budging while negotiation. Haven't negotiated a bit at Swiggy. They can easily go higher I feel. Interviews at both the places went very well. Also, my manager at Visa has offered SDE 3 and a counter offer to Atlassian.
