Be as blunt as possible, haven't written a resume in years; am I doing something wrong? # #resumereview #resume #jobs Also, has anyone noticed bugs with overleaf dropping random characters?
Iâd only include accomplishments with tangible impact in your work experience, and cut out points where you canât articulate what you did and what was the result. Talk impact in $ if you can, but failing that, try to measure your impact in terms that a reader not in your team can understand. Your third accomplishment is a good example, though it can be written more concisely: âOptimised low-level runtime of XXX, leading to $XX in annual cost savingsâ - I removed the CPU usage statistic since it doesnât have any grounding in bottom line impact and detracts from the $ stat
Can you drop all these startups from your resume? You are looking for a job right? Not a fellow co-founder for another startup!
Interesting, do you think it's harming me?
Yes, drop or combine all the start ups, any company less than a year I wouldnât add..
Put all the skills at the top , one or 2 liner
Ditch the failed crypro startup. Looks bad having outside work while employed at faang. Clearly shows you are more committed to personal endeavors than your actual job Probably ditch the first internship too
Do people actually write âFAANGâ in resume? Why can't you have the actual name?
Honestly looks good. Should be a little bit more direct with what you did at each company. Maybe shorten it.
ACK, thanks; market must be rougher than I originally expected..
