I had some positive rounds of interview and am expecting an offer from ChargePoint for a Director of program management role. What compensation should I expect? Recruiter gave me a range: Base 220 - 270K Bonus 30% Hiring bonus 50K Equity TBD Anyone here for recommendation for charge point and what equity to expect? Current role Sr Manager with ~320K total comp

Oh you’re not at G
Anyone here from ChargePoint?

Any closure here ?
