I think the article uses the term āstack rankingā in a misleading way. It looks to evoke memories from the old Microsoft review process; where there was a hard ratings curve defined. Thatās not the case at Facebook.
I came from there and that was also my impression, bit the article specifically called out other wise , which made me wonder if something has changed in the last two to four years...
