Question for Walmart Global Tech
Joining soon as SWE. Does #Walmart global tech require drug testing for new hires during onboarding? I am asking since I am a casual cannabis user in a legal state and just received the drug free policy document that I should sign. As long as I donโt get tested while onboarding (and itโs done remote) I can just step away from its usage, but wanna confirm.

They are silently Firing folks by putting them on PiP, bar for Meeting criteria is not increased a lot, At Walmart firing is happening very unethically, they are putting folks on PiP whom managers or Principal Engineers don't like, or had feud in last, And they create data points by harassing folks, obviously they will do some mistakes due to mental pressure n harrasment... Such a worst place to work.
