Trump's campaign manager, Paul Manafort, shared polling data collected by the Trump campaign with Russian operatives during the election. Updated with link: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/08/us/politics/manafort-trump-campaign-data-kilimnik.html
so THERE WAS COLLUSION. Ofcourse its still not proven in court, but getting closer
They knew these guys weren't Russians when they wrote the original headline. This is now standard practice for NYT: 1. Print lie that pushes paper's political agenda. 2. Print correction days later, when they know no one will read it. They think this is "integrity & honesty".
It’s good news for America however Nothing will change. Only 2020 elections will defeat Cheetos and his fascist populism.....
Collusion has been obvious from the beginning. Still no evidence of a crime. He shared campaign data? Yawn.
Amazing how far you guys have walked back. First there was no Russian interference, then there was, but not collusion. Now there's collusion but you claim collaboration with a foreign state to interfere in an election isn't a crime. News flash: yes it's a crime. It's illegal for foreign governnents to interfere in American elections and any American who colludes is guilty of conspiracy against the United States.
News flash: you have no idea what you’re talking about. Sharing polling data? Are you out of your f-ing mind? There were a gazillion polls in that period that were public. What was the value of this information then? You’re going to be really disappointed to see that he’s going to serve his full term and very likely also get re-elected.
Don't they get Internet or American news in other countries?
Did he know it was a Russian agent when the data was shared? Was the data shared not available in the public square? His discussion of a Ukrainian peace plan is not shocking given his work before the election. Just discussing doesn’t seem to be a violation unless there was some yet undisclosed agreement to implement a plan if the Russians actively helped to elect The Donald...that is also left out here. This is why I hate American news.
Yes he knew. Sharing polling data is colluding. If that data was then used to modify the targets and information released by the Russian hackers then the circle is complete.
You still have to have a clear line to Trump. This article hints at that, but as of yet there isn’t any proof. This just tacks in another 5-10 on what is already a life sentence for manafort
This isn’t Reddit
So what? I was concerned about financial ties; but after 2 years this is the best Muller has? Someone on trump’s campaign that everyone knew did business in Russia talked to someone in Russia about the campaign? Who cares?! I’m coming around to this being a which hunt, especially seeing what the FBI did to Flynn.
Yeah, try and downplay COLLUSION by calling it "talk", and try and downplay his CAMPAIGN MANAGER as just "someone on Trump's campaign". So what if Trump's campaign conspired with a foreign state trying to interfere in a US election? It is multiple serious felonies: Conspiracy to commit election fraud, conspiracy against the United States. And you can only HOPE this is the best Mueller has, but that seems highly unlikely. This is something we only know because Manafort's team let it slip out.
What does collusion even mean? There’s no legal definition. So what are you accusing them of? No proof of stealing the election. The Russians put out some click bait ads, there’s no evidence it impacted the results. They also funded Black Lives Matter in 2015 & 2016; did they collide with the democrats as well? Uranium One is pretty sketchy.
Will you post a correction from that article? LOL 'Correction: January 9, 2019 A previous version of this article misidentified the people to whom Paul Manafort wanted a Russian associate to send polling data. Mr. Manafort wanted the data sent to two Ukrainian oligarchs, Serhiy Lyovochkin and Rinat Akhmetov, not to Oleg V. Deripaska, a Russian oligarch close to the Kremlin.'
Cool story
Buckle up
