Hiring is picking up in Mexico, India, Germany and Poland. Companies realized post-COVID that they can hire abroad for cheaper labor.

Hiring tends to be based on need not the desire to spend available capital. Plenty of companies making losses are hiring because they need to not because they want to
I thought Microsoft itself just started hiring.
All major companies except Apple made the same mistake during COVID that revenue growth was real and was projected to continue at 30% YOY pace and did massive hiring. When in fact, it was all monetary policy driven. Now we are paying for CEO/CFOs bad decisions.
I mean they’re making record profits with less overhead, why hire?
Hiring has indeed picked up .. in India
Absolutely noticed the same thing.
Wrong..so many unable to find jobs in India
