Datadog screening interview turnaround time
I had a phone screen on Thursday. I think it went well. sent a mail to recruiter monday and haven't heard back yet. Anybody know general turnaround time of Datadog? TC : 190k (starting this week)
If they like you a lot, the turn around time is less than 48 hours. Mine was Also remember that recruiters and hiring managers are usually ultra busy, so they just might be juggling a lot and still need to sync on move forward, this applies to other companies as well

Applied for a role outside of swe, met with recruiter and got the hiring manager interview scheduled that same day. Not sure if it's a different flow for swe, but that's my experience so far.

In my experience, if they like you, you’d hear back sooner. If it’s a no, they take their time
