For anyone considering a job at #niceincontact

Please think twice before making the move. The company’s operations are in complete disarray. They’re having a full on brand identity crisis while burning through money to speak at conferences to use buzz words like “managed globalization” and “AI-ization”. Partner channel is a mess, implementation and support is a mess. I left earlier this year and my suspicions are they will be following #genesys in layoffs sometime by EOY or next year. Proceed with caution.

Being in CCaaS space for quite a while, I can confidently say that all companies playing here are ruled by boomers who can’t do nice(no pun intended) products. And I personally surprised no one is disturbing this area - it’s a huge niche if you think about it.
