I used to work at Casper. Compensation was great, perks are a free bed with a lot of its add-ons, meals, etc. TC wise, I feel as though they do a great job.

Culture was fabulous. Everyone there is quite cool and make you feel like you're at home. It's a super lax environment. I honestly did not want to leave, but I had to because I was leaving San Francisco to go back home. They unfortunately had no positions for me at the time for where I am now, but I'd love to go back in the future.
Glad to hear about everyone’s great experiences. Casper is one of the hottest technology companies of 2020. They have a sleep lab in Silicon Valley where their software engineers and data scientists are solving the toughest problems in sleep. Everyone I know is talking about Casper.
