Hey blinders Can someone help me, is Facebook's review committee work like Google's Hiring committee? More specifically I'm wondering what're the chances once you make it to the Facebook review committee. I know nothing is guaranteed but if you're at that stage, does it mean you've been vetted at least by the recruiter so you have a solid chance? This is for SWE E5 position for what it's worth. Is there any statistics around the approval / rejection rate of that mysterious committee? Thanks a lot TC: <£100K YEO: 10+
There's a post of blind from a few years ago title something like "Facebook steps after onsite" that gives all the steps with details of what happens. From my experience (recently got an offer) it was accurate
That's gold, thanks a lot!
Interview panel debrief, then candidate review.
Does interview panel debrief happen for every candidate ? Thanks !
Can you please share your interview experience? Was it for a developer role ?
