I'm in the interview process for Bookjng.com, and I'd love to hear more about the perks you can get while working there.
How many interviews have you done? How are interviews?
One of the worst platforms
CHILL. Work life balance
1000 euro hotel discount on booking platform but only the first 200 euro are paid 100 percent and the rest is paid at 25 percent. 200 Euro prepaid credit for booking.com Degreed, Udemy and LinkedIn learning, catered lunch in the Amsterdam office, 100 euro monthly WFH stipend to cover expenses working from home. We used to have freaky fridays which was a company party once a month but that got canned after covid, another one we used to have was a 100 euro prepaid credit card given at the end of the year but that was scrapped for cost savings. Benefits compared to FAANG or big tech are much less but the company is penny pinching to give maximum bonuses to upper executives.
1200 euros in discount, lunch, commute reimbursement, learning and development allowance, etc
I think they got rid of the learning reimbursement. Even when we had it it was subject to approval from your manager.
Was that per month or per year?
