I have had 4 jobs since 2020. 4 months (RIF), 1.5 yrs, 11 months, 1 yr. Now looking for a new role. Before that, 2 companies 2 years each. How much of a problem is this? TC 220
Why are you quiting snowflake ? I see they are hiring and doing well.
Why do you need to mention the 4 month one on your resume?
In the minority here because not gen Z: yes you have a problem no I wouldnât hire you
No
And itâs not a âbiasâ. Get off your high horse. Hiring managers correctly predict you wonât stay long
Almost same story. First job - 1.5 years Second job - 7 months (laid off) Current job - 3 months. Current status - looking again cause shit job. TC growth - 95K -> 130K -> 190K
As a hiring manager I would not consider your resume given the job hopping especially when I have 100s of applicants to choose from. I need a reason to eliminate most resumes and yours is an easy choice unless you have some skill that no one has.
That is fair but Iâm still a good person!
Honestly, it's Oracle anyways so doubt many people care
Problem is when you expect a higher tc every time you jump jobs.
It is fair to not expect higher tc, however thatâs what has happened for me every time. Each job should be better than the last, otherwise why would you move?
Utopia is not real. Snowflake is supposed to have some really smart people. Maybe you can stay and learn some before you throw in the towel?
All that job hopping for 220??
Sounds pretty based to me. But post TC
What does based mean? Updated
