Just got invited to interview at Rippling (US). I found mixed reviews online on the interview format - some said they ask DP a lot, while others said they don't ask leetcode at all. Can anyone share their experience and what to expect?
They have demo of product with manager + phone screen. Final interview has 3 rounds - 1 coding, 1 system design and 1 LLD. Coding rounds are mostly LC hard and they expect you to write clean code that compiles and runs all the test cases.
LC hard but code organization + communication is equally important, not just about passing test cases
well do they pay as much as hedge funds? or is the wlb as chill as google? how do they justify asking LC hard?
idk dawg but we've 5xed headcount and 30xed valuation in two years so clearly it seems to be working
nothing. shit code and shit wlb. Pay is good on cash comp.
If you like working for a tech bro who has historically skirted legal and ethical issues then yeah, go for it.
oh dang, who are we talking about
