Hi, So I have been in a team match for Google Poland SWE L3 (HC passed) for about 2 months, no team fit call yet. As some people say the headcount is updated in November and the company starts hiring actively in January/February. Is this true? Does that usually accelerate team match process? #Google #L3 #teammatch

What do you mean by match form? I told the recruiter I was open to both Fitbit and Cloud teams and to all the locations in Poland.
don't count on it, my HC approval got expired three months ago.
