Be aware that BNY has a lot of fake positions. I spoke to a recruiter, they have a position opened since March, they interviewed 50 people and didnโt hire anybody. I interviewed with multiple teams, they think they are better than google judging by questions. I managed to get an offer and they rescinded it. Such a waste of time and resources
Thatโs a good idea to post about experience so people wouldnโt waste their time interviewing there. People get days off, change their plans to take those interviews. F@ck such companies/hm and teams that do that
A lot of companies leave the fake positions open so they can pretend they are growing. Startups do too.
