Just to add on for this post if someone sees it. One of my friends take their position on Jun 2022, base salary is 150 cad, there are some paper money provided as “tokens” don’t know how much it worth. And my friend was laid off Nov 2022. Overall, don’t go Dapper lab. It’s a family business. Not worth it.
Heard it's about 200k CAD, seems to be a good place to be in
Just receive an offer recently, role is remote based in Canada. TC is not close to 200k CAD, base is 160k, other parts such Flow tokens and stock option is very low
Is that for a Sr role?
