Breaking into People Analytics?

So every other article about critical HR skills puts data fluency near the top and calls out HR/people/talent analytics as a dire need. I’m working toward that role but there’s no openings at my org and every job posting I’ve seen is looking for leads or managers. Does anyone have suggestions on where to look? I’m in Seattle looking for 75-100% remote. YOE: 2 years operational HR (low level grunt work), 9 years learning & development roles including two years in learning analytics. Certs & education: SHRM-SCP, SHRM People Analytics specialty credential, eCornell data analytics and HR analytics certs, working on UW data analytics grad certificate. Masters in workplace learning, doctoral coursework in business mgmt with HRM specialization (didn’t finish my dissertation though). TC: $87k (I’m badly underpaid for my role) #hr
