Dell vs. Amazon

I am currently an L6 Solution Architect at Amazon Web Services. I've been on-board a little over a year. I came from one of the Big 5 manufacturers. Amazon gave me 155k base, 60k sign-on yr1, 48k sign-on yr2, and 105 RSUs over 4 years. That might seem low, but I'm in the south, not NY, SF, or Seattle. Dell approached me with an offer on their MDC team selling VxRail and VxFlex. They offered me 255k ote with a 20k sign-on and 55k in RSUs over three years. I'm definitely considering it. Can anyone from Dell comment on the offer and the state of Dell? Am I am idiot for thinking of moving from Amazon to Dell?
