Dataiku work/life balance?
The reviews on GD are great but want to hear from someone with first hand experience. Also what are the benefits like? I'm currently interviewing for a SE role asn would appreciate any insight. #startup #Dataiku

NaSno OP Nov 4, 2021That's great. How about moving between teams? Is it possible to move to product management later on? I read somewhere that PM is mainly in France.
Product teams are mainly in France, but open to remote since covid. WLB is usually fine - unless you're joining the cloud team.
SE comp is good. WLB solid. Iโm pretty consistently doing 40 hours a week. Product is definitely not an easy one to learn how to demo. But if youโre capable enough and good with customers, youโll do fine.
Benefits are pretty standard for companies in this market. The real sell for it is the culture and product. Great people and the product is amazing.
