a friend is looking for jobs and he sees some job openings for impossible, and is wondering how it is to work there as a data person? he's interested in the mission, but worried about the working culture after reading Glassdoor reviews. if anyone knows, please share, thanks!

All areas I heard R and D is not that bad ... but marketing , communications basically all business areas the racism is like working in the 60s
If your friend is non black or Latino they will be fine ... company only really sucks for blacks and Latinos
