Many companies use systems like icims, myworkdayjobs etc. to publish their job postings and they don't support direct apply on LinkedIn. how do you get around this? Do you create a profile in all those places for each company to make a job application? Each of those expect me to enter all my resume into their forms again and again. It takes so much time and effort to make a goddamn job application.
Workday 🤮
Hey Satya, the best way around it is to just reply to recruiters that reach out to you. They usually take you the first step in the interview process. With a name like Microsoft on your resume I think you'd get a lot of hits. Check your spam folders. I haven't made a profile on workday or greenhouse or whatever in years by just replying to recruiters.
Suck it up
Hate them all.
Yep, manually every damn time. There are some workarounds but they barely shave off a few seconds from the application process
