I have posted this a couple times and finally came up with the final list! Thanks for all who commented. I already own x3 but need a bigger size family car. I have four cars in mind and nothing else. For other cars either I am not interested or cannot afford. Audi Q7 45 premium plus - pros: spacious in 2nd row and truck, brand image, got good discount(12%) - cons: old design, bad storage in the first row, facelift planned this year, a little underpowered Lexus TX350 - pros: new, most spacious, max utility - cons: have to wait for at least 6 months(have to get a car within three months and not sure if there will be one or not before that), too underpowered, no discount at all Chevy Traverse (2024 all new) - pros: great muscular design, new, more options compared to other cars with the same price range - cons: new, brand image, have not owned american car so not sure if I will reallt like it or not, will have to wait for a month Volvo XC90 - pros: safe(really?), design, most spacious truck - cons: too similar to what I currently have in terms of color, shitty driving feeling TC 150k
Lexus ++
Lexus or Volvo, both are reliable cars period.
Get x5
Not interested, as I already have x3 and it has shitty ride feeling in the second row
The X5 will be much better ride quality. I second this over a Q7. Can’t really recommend anything on the list you have. Is there any specific reason the X3 is not big enough that you need more space for?
X7 dont buy X5 from X3
Op - Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid - it is 70% Lexus with ~ 25% lower cost. I’m surprised you put Traverse in your list with the other cars. It is a POS car.
So you're paying 75% of Lexus price for a 70% Lexus car?
XC90 is the best because it's actually more comfortable than the others, spacious, and has AAOS with CarPlay if required. In terms of driving, get the T8 and that should provide good power.
The xc90 is the best option
I had great opinion of xc90 but a recent test drive totally bust it for me. Not sure if it was that particular piece but the suspension seemed too rigid for that type of car and price.
telluride or palisade ( they are better than volvo at least)
Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe.
Why not tx500h?
Cannot afford
