How long does Uber typically take to get back to you after the first 2 rounds? Do they also send reject email or just ghost you if you did not make it through

They ghosted for like 3 months and sent a rejection letter when I last interviewed with them about 18 months ago.

I have been rejected before and I didn't get a rejection mail. But that was 4 years ago.

Got a rejection phone call, which was a super weird experience. But the whole interview process was a super weird experience, so par for the course

When was this? And did they call you for rejection after phone screen or onsite
