Stellantis work life balance
How is the wlb at Stellantis? Looking for a position but worried about the WLB. One of my close friend works for Stellantis and is exhausted all the time. There is no set timing and gets called even at midnight. Have never seen my friend take a vacation or spend time with family. Looks like it is getting worse over the time. Is it the same across?

Well @Careen - that's the blind tax. We all benefit by seeing pay transparency. When someone wants others to spend time to respond, the courtesy is to show current YoE and TC - this gives everyone a broad understanding of the market. Is that really that hard to provide it ??
Who goes from GM to FCA? NO ONE. You will have to do 3 people job at Fca. Low morale everywhere. European influence everywhere. Unless you are getting a significant level bump and salary bump don't even think of fca

Don't go to FCA! They are trimming salary staff constantly.

Yes. Lost almost 25% to attrition and they still reduced headcount twice in the last 2 months.
Depends on 1) company top leadership and 2) your department and 3) your boss
