Im comfortable working bare minimum right now and ratings are decent. Manager brought up E6 potential and id need to work a bit harder to get it. Is staff+ worth? Tc wise maybe 250k more but after cliff its basically nothing
Not worth if it you can have good WLB and have a stable $400k income

Jealousy witnessing my same-sex crush get married. Yes I work at Nvidia but I have nothing else.
Not worth it from pure money perspective, better to get to E5 and diversify into other spaces to increase your NW. I know E3/E4s making more than E6s because they have side hustles that double their TCs, but most importantly they have the time to do all that.
🤔 Believable. Wish I had more data on this
You could possibly work half time doing property management, dropshipping, or maintaining a niche webapp which you'd have the capital to get started
