What’s the compensation range for staff software engineer at rippling? About to get an offer for a remote role and yet to get the figures. Current comp 370k (195k base+ 25k bonus+ 150k RSU per year) yoe-14 Location- Seattle What should I expect and how the stock based compensation work there?

staff is L7 or L8? L7 you can try to target 500K if you have other compete offers and strong interview feedback

Not sure if internal level system consider L7 or L8. I am more interested to know base salary range for staff position?
